Our Internal Team (based in our Head Office at Nottingham) all play a key part in working towards our mission to equip students with the skills they need to overcome social and emotional barriers to learning and transform their engagement at school.

"My role is to oversee all operations of TFTF, from our programme delivery to our Impact analysis. I support to coordinate all parts of our organisation and ensure we are collaborating; the internal team are working together effectively, and we can maximise
the support we provide to our mentoring team and our schools to further our mission."

"My job is to support schools in maximising the impact of their Behaviour and Resilience Mentoring provision. My job involves supporting schools with the onboarding process and to communicate with
with schools to ensure that the provision is having an ongoing positive impact on pupils social and emotional development."

My role involves supporting the team to ensure that we are putting the highest quality provision into schools which is ultimately to ensure that we are having a positive impact on the pupils that we work with daily."

For instance, the data that is used to create the impact reports that we provide requires tasks to be completed to gather the data, the code helps to gather it and store it appropriately."

"I am responsible for the rolling recruitment of our large team of Behaviour & Resilience Mentors, the management of both our waiting list of candidates and our pool of TFTF Supply Staff, the administration of our internal human resources system which ensures that we are having a positive impact on the pupils that we work with daily."

"I’m the Impact Manager at TFTF. I produce the impact reporting that is included as part of our provision to schools. I also manage our mentor dashboards which give our mentors real time information on the students they work with allowing them to have the greatest impact while working in a school."
