This includes developing and delivering our Mentors’ training programmes, managing their performance by observing sessions in schools, conducting appraisals and ensuring a positive and productive working environment for the team."

people reach their goals and overcome
barriers that they face. Throughout my

comfortable in an environment where they
can be open and honest in order to develop."

creating a safe space where they feel valued
in order to reach their full potential."

step in the best direction possible by relating
and understanding what they go through as
an individual. I have worked with a diverse

backgrounds and ethnicities and know that
everyone’s situation is unique and would
require my previous experience & skills to be
able to assist young people with any
challenges they may encounter."

TFTF Mentor

throughout my time in education & all the
experiences I have gained from my time
working with students, I can be an exceptional
role model to all the students and someone
who is also approachable and relatable."

TFTF Mentor

" I have the opportunity to help young people discover their choices, have the confidence to build upon their strengths, challenge their perceptions of low self worth so they can develop their own unique life journey, find their self worth and experience achievements they might not believe is possible."
