At Think for the Future we operate a rolling recruitment system for our Behaviour & Resilience Mentor roles with start dates in January and September of each academic year. Behaviour & Resilience Mentor

Full Time

Our Behaviour & Resilience Mentors are responsible for developing and delivering our comprehensive and structured social and emotional resilience curriculum in group settings, to pupils in both primary and secondary schools, to address issues that are preventing the pupils from achieving their full potential and support the process of successfully reintegrating them back into education.

School Services Manager

Full Time

The School Services Manager is an exciting role within the growing School Services team. You will play a huge part in supporting our schools to maximise the impact of their Think for the Future Behaviour & Resilience Mentoring Provision, to impact more young people's lives and help them to engage positively in education.

Senior Impact Manager

Full Time

The Senior Impact Manager Role will be responsible for further developing our Impact Measurement strategies and reporting our impact to our stakeholders in new and innovative ways. A big part of the role is to expand the ways we utilise data to impact more young people's lives and help them to engage positively in education.
