The Role

Role Overview

Our Behaviour & Resilience Mentors are responsible for developing and delivering our comprehensive and structured social and emotional resilience curriculum in group settings, to pupils in both primary and secondary schools, to address issues that are preventing the pupils from achieving their full potential.

They work closely with both the Think for the Future team and the school to develop and tailor the programme and ensure they are creating a data-driven impact for the pupils they are working with across their allocated schools.

Salary

We offer a competitive starting salary with mapped-out salary progression over the first few years in the role. This is in addition to getting school holidays off, equating to 12 weeks of holiday over the year.

Starting Salary: £22,500 actual (£26,168 full year equivalent)

1- Year Milestone: £24,000 actual (£27,913 full year equivalent)

2.5-Year Milestone: £25,000 actual (£29,076 full year equivalent)

Additional Responsibility: +£2,000 on top of your base salary
