The Role

Role Overview

The Inclusion Centre Team are responsible for overseeing the inclusion provision and ensuring its successful operation and successful outcomes. The target success measures include reducing the number of permanent exclusions, reducing fixed term exclusions, improving attendance, improving behaviour and ultimately ensuring a young person's positive transformation and successful educational attainment

Salary

We offer a competitive starting salary with mapped-out salary progression over the first few years in the role. This is in addition to getting school holidays off, equating to 12 weeks of holiday over the year.

Inclusion Centre Mentor:

Salary Banding: £22,500-£26,000 Actual Salary (£25,425-£29,380 FTE Salary)

Additional Responsibility: £26,000-£27,000 Actual Salary (£29,945-£30,510 FTE Salary)

Inclusion Centre Deputy:

Salary Banding: £26,000-£28,500 Actual Salary (£29,380- £32,205 FTE Salary)

Inclusion Centre Manager:

Salary Banding: £27,000-£35,000 Actual Salary (£30,510-£39,550 FTE Salary)
