to tackle barriers to learning

We partner with schools to provide a structured Behaviour and Resilience Mentoring provision which is proven to have a measurable impact on engagement in learning

Our Mission

Our mission is to equip young people with the skills they need to overcome social and emotional barriers in their lives that are holding them back from engaging in education and reaching their full potential. We have a model of intervention that is proven to have a positive impact on outcomes for your students such as reducing negative behaviour points, increasing attendance and reducing exclusions.

Behaviour & Resilience
Mentoring Provision

We position highly trained TFTF Behaviour and Resilience Mentors into our partner schools for between 1-5 days per week to work with targeted groups of students who are struggling to engage in education. Our Mentors are positive role models for your students and are skilled at building powerful relationships and using our social and emotional curriculum to equip students with the skills and mindset that students need to transform their in-school engagement.

What do our schools say?

"Think for the Future has been instrumental in supporting some of our most challenging and vulnerable students through its well-organised and well-planned mentoring curriculum. The mentors adapted quickly and built strong positive relationships with the students, whilst also challenging their behaviour. The impact has been seen across school and they now form an integral part of our pastoral structure"

- Dean Jones, Headteacher, Firth Park Academy AET
