At Think for the Future, we understand that providing a high-quality service is crucial for our Behaviour and Resilience Mentoring provision to be successful and produce the outcomes our schools need. That's why we don’t just allocate a mentor to our schools, our schools also receive the support of a Mentor Manager and a School Services Manager. Our team work together to ensure we’re always meeting and excelling the needs of our schools.
Mentor Manager
The Mentor Manager role is multi-faceted, ensuring the highest quality of mentoring for our students. The well-being and development of our mentors are paramount and your Mentor Manager provides ongoing support to mentors, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best guidance and support to the students we work with. We keep low management ratios to ensure we have a thorough oversight of our team’s performance and welfare. Our Mentor Managers provide training and tailor CPD in reflection of the mentor’s skillset and they are present in our schools conducting welfare and quality assurance visits. Our Mentor Managers are also deeply involved in maintaining the quality and relevance of our curriculum, continuously evaluating and refining our programme to meet the evolving needs of young people.
School Services Manager
Our School Services Managers are our school's point of contact here at Think for the Future. They play a pivotal role in helping our schools make the most of their mentoring provision. Our School Services Managers work closely with our schools to ensure that they are maximizing the benefits of our mentoring provision, actively seeking school input on the mentors and the provision and making sure we're meeting our school's expectations and making necessary improvements.
